What's included when I use iNet to build my web site?

Usually all the necessary services and technologies to have your web site online. The basic components to have your web site online are: creating, designing and programming the actual site, a hosting service and domain name registration.

Do you guarantee your work, or I will be stuck with something I don't like?

We will work closely with you creating your new site according to your specs, we won't be happy until you are 100% satisfied. We will post our work over the internet on a private server so you can follow the progress, offering input as we go. We won't publish your new site until we have your final approval. Our web design and development process will assure our clients a smooth relationship with the iNet Group, after your quote is submitted and approved,  there will be 6 important steps to follow to achieve the goals of your project in a professional and timely manner.

Do you use templates to build my web site?

No, all the web sites are custom built from client specifications. Although using templates is an economical approach, it often becomes necessary to hire a professional web design firm because templates will never adapt to the client's specific needs and will never have the same quality of a custom built site.

I don't have a company logo will you design one?

Yes, that will be our first step on your project. Logos are a very important design element of your web site and overall company image. If you already have a logo, we will construct the design elements around your current logo, or work with you to change or improve it. Please refer to your quote for pricing information.

What type of technology or standards do you use to program your sites?

The iNet Group currently is using the latest on XHTML and CSS to develop all of our sites. We take extra time and effort to provide our clients with this latest standards and recommendations from various internet authorities and organizations including W3C. Will my web site render and perform well on all browsers?

Yes, we offer our cross-browser compatibility assurance for different operating systems and browser types. All of our sites are tested using different platforms and browsers before they go live. Please refer to your quote for more specific information.

What if I need e-commerce or other technologies in the future?

We can always add any new technologies that you might need as your web site grows.

Do you register my domain name and what if I already have one?

Yes, we will register the domain name of your choice and we will charge you accordingly, usually a .com domain is $35.00 a year, if you already have a domain name registered, we will transfer that domain to our servers so you can take advantage of our hosting service.

Is your hosting reliable?

We have one of the best hosting services in the country. We do not overcrowd our servers and we do not use in-house servers. Instead, our servers are located in one of the top facilities in the country. Your web site is important to us, therefore, we spare no expense when it comes to hosting your site.

Can I use my domain extension for my e-mail address?

Yes, it is included with our premium managed hosting service. You can use any combination of your domain name as your new e-mail address. We can point this e-mail to your current e-mail account or we can set up a POP e-mail address accessible worldwide with our web e-mail client or using an e-mail client of your choice.

What if I need to update my web site?

We will charge you our standard per hour rate. We can also arrange a monthly update plan depending on how many updates your company requires a month. This option will reduce the standard rate significantly thus providing a cost savings advantage to your company. We offer webmaster plans that includes  managed hosting, updates, maintenance, search engine optimization and domain name for a fix monthly price.

How do I submit updates to you?

Updates materials should be provided preferably in any form of electronic media to your account or project manager. Updates may also be sent by mail, courier or by fax. We do not accept any text materials that is not in any form of electronic media, transferring or typing any text will result in additional charges. You can refer to our support page for more information on sending updates.

Will you have my site listed on all the search engines?

In today's internet, major search engines like Google™ and Yahoo!™ do not operate the same way they used to do. These search engines follow certain guidelines and require a different approach. We will work with you to establish the best approach to have your site listed on search engines. Keep in mind that additional fees may incur from search engine companies. You will have to pay these fees directly to the search engine company. The iNet Group also offers advance custom search engines and optimizations services for your web site including optimization, promoting and tracking.

How do I pay the iNet Group?

Have the convenience of using your Visa™- Master Card™ on our secure online payment system or you can also pay by check, wire transfer or use our automatic monthly credit card payment for monthly charges. We do require a 50% initial payment based on your total quote amount.
