What if I need to update my web site? (89 Webmaster plan example below)

We will include 2 updates per month on your web site, an update includes a 1-hour developer time. Every time your page is updated that is considered an update regardless if it took less than 1 hour. If more time is needed, we will notify you in advance. Programming, scripts and other technologies are not included. If you need more updates, we will charge you our standard per hour rate. An update is defined as keeping the web site current and does not includes re-design or revamp.

How do I submit updates to you?

Updates materials should be provided preferably in any form of electronic media to your account or project manager. Updates may also be sent by mail, courier or by fax. We do not accept any text materials that is not in any form of electronic media, transferring or typing any text will result in additional charges. You can refer to our support page for more information on sending updates.

Do you register my domain name, what if I already have one?

Yes, we will register the domain name of your choice accordingly, if you already have a domain name registered, we will transfer that domain to our servers so you can take advantage of our hosting service.

Can I use my domain extension for my e-mail address?

Yes, it is included with our premium managed hosting service. You can use any combination of your domain name as your new e-mail address. We can point this e-mail to your current e-mail account or we can set up a POP e-mail address accessible worldwide with our web e-mail client or using an e-mail client of your choice.

Will you have my site listed on all the search engines?

In today's internet, major search engines like Google™ and Yahoo!™ do not operate the same way they used to do. These search engines follow certain guidelines and require a different approach. We will work with you to establish the best approach to have your site listed on search engines. Keep in mind that additional fees may incur from search engine companies. You will have to pay these fees directly to the search engine company. The iNet Group also offers advance custom search engines and optimizations services for your web site including optimization, promoting and tracking.

How do I pay for this service?

Have the convenience of using your Visa™- Master Card™ on our secure online payment system or you can also pay by check, wire transfer or use our automatic monthly credit card payment for monthly charges.

Do I have a minimum commitment?

Yes, we require a one-year minimum commitment on all our webmaster plans, after one-year, you may continue with the same service on a month by month basis or cancel at any time.
