In order to receive e-mail from your hosting account you will have to setup the following information in your e-mail software.

Web-based e-mail access information:

Web-based e-mail provides you the ability to check your e-mail on any computer browser, it is a good tool for people in the road that requires the use of different computers around the world. Web-based e-mail can be use anytime even if you have POP e-mail setup on your e-mail client, e-mails viewed using web-based e-mail will download again on your POP software unless deleted on web-based e-mail.

Please follow the instructions below to get access to web-based e-mail.

Please note: Using web-based e-mail as your principal e-mail client is not recommended, the iNet Group does not provide any data backup of the web-based e-mail system. In the event of data loss, system malfunction or any future system upgrades all data in the web-based e-mail system may be lost. We strongly advise you to use a local POP e-mail client like Microsoft Outlook.
