POP e-mail setup information:

In order to receive e-mail from your hosting account you will have to setup the following information in your e-mail software.

Please follow the instructions below to setup your e-mail.

• Locate the e-mail setup properties in order to create a new e-mail account.
• Under the "POP" tab, type the following information "mail.yourdomain.com"
• Under the "SMTP" tab, you will need to find your current ISP SMTP information, some ISP's requires also SMTP authentication, this will be the user name and password provided by your ISP.
• Your "User name" is your e-mail address, E.g.: "joesmith@yourdomain.com"
• Use the "Password" submitted to you by the iNet Group or the one you enter in our control panel.
• Setup the reply and e-mail name anyway you will like it to display.
• Make sure that the setting "Leave a copy of messages on the server" is NOT checked, otherwise messages will accumulate on the server and eventually your e-mails will bounce.

Web-based e-mail access information:

Web-based e-mail provides you the ability to check your e-mail on any computer browser, it is a good tool for people in the road that requires the use of different computers around the world. Web-based e-mail can be use anytime even if you have POP e-mail setup on your e-mail client, e-mails viewed using web-based e-mail will download again on your POP software unless deleted on web-based e-mail.

Please follow the instructions below to get access to web-based e-mail.

• Type "http://webmail.yourdomain.com"
• Your "User name" is your e-mail address, E.g.: "joesmith@yourdomain.com"
• Use the "Password" submitted to you by the iNet Group or the one you enter in our control panel.

Please note: Using web-based e-mail as your principal e-mail client is not recommended, the iNet Group does not provide any data backup of the web-based e-mail system. In the event of data loss, system malfunction or any future system upgrades all data in the web-based e-mail system may be lost. We strongly advise you to use a local POP e-mail client like Microsoft Outlook.
