Changing domain name servers:

If you have purchased your domain name through any registrar you need to change your name servers information to point to our servers in order for your hosting to be activated.

Please follow the instructions below to change your domain name servers.

• Get your domain name, username and password that you received from the domain name registrar.
• Log into your account by inputting your "User name" and "Password" fields of the domain name registrar web site.
• Click on the appropriate menu to change the domain name server usually under the terms "Name Servers" or "DNS"
• Enter the following information substituting the two current name servers on your account:
• Primary server: "SERVER1.INETGROUP.COM" Secondary server: "SERVER2.INETGROUP.COM"

It will take 24-48 hours for the name servers changes to propagate through the Internet.

If you don't have the user name and password of your account you will have to call your domain name registrar in order to obtain your account information.

Please note: If you are having problems making these changes we can make these changes for you, please call us with the information on your domain name registrar account in order for us to make the appropriate modifications.
